How do you create a skill matrix?

To create a skill matrix you first need to assign skills to your staff. For most organizations its typical to assign skills to staff according to their role. Once you’ve assigned the skills, conduct a skill assessment on your staff then use a tool such as Skills Base’s Heat Matrix to generate your skill matrix.
